Fifteen years ago, I had a full hysterectomy which propelled me into menopause. I was unable to take HRT and struggled with the usual menopause symptoms; brain fog, hot flushes, low mood, fatigue. Started taking this 12 weeks ago and now wouldn't be without it. I stopped breastfeeding at 8months pp and started taking this a few days later. My period came back within 10 days and has been straight back to regular, painless and manageable which is the opposite to after my first baby.
