Meet Polly, our founder and the driving force behind Vhyne. Polly’s journey into true wellness did not begin in a classroom, but in the depths of loss and the brave, personal work of finding her way back to herself.

There are so many reasons for the why behind Vhyne that it’s hard to know where to begin.

Through my own journey of healing, I reached a point where I kept asking myself: How can I truly support my body moving forward? And even more deeply, as a woman, how can I support myself in a world that often feels so structured and disconnected from the body’s natural rhythms?

When I looked around, I couldn’t find anything on the market that really spoke to what I needed, something that supported both my physical and emotional wellbeing.

That’s where the idea for Vhyne began.

As I studied integrative health and immersed myself in somatic healing and nervous system regulation, I began to understand just how essential it is for the mind and body to heal together.

My personal experience and journey with PMDD became a major turning point, learning about it, healing through it, and realising how much support the body and mind truly need in harmony.

Vhyne was born out of that understanding. I wanted to create potent blends that didn’t just make me feel good, but that genuinely nourished my body, supported my hormones, and regulated my nervous system.

Every ingredient in Vhyne’s VitaResiliance blend has been chosen with deep intention. Each one supports the body’s natural processes in its own way, but together, they create something powerful and holistic.

Through this blend, I truly feel that I’ve found a system of support, one that helps me feel balanced, resilient, and nourished on every level, both physically and mentally.
