At 24, after losing her sister, Polly was plunged into profound grief and trauma, leaving her nervous system locked in survival mode. Years of chronic stress, PTSD, and emotional suppression eventually manifested physically as PMDD. A turning point that forced her to seek a different way forward.
Determined to heal, she immersed herself in the study of integrative health, somatic healing, and nervous system regulation, discovering first hand how deeply the body holds trauma, and how powerfully it can restore when supported with intention.
